At TDF Tales Treasure, we take pride in our handcrafted products, made with love and care. Since each piece is crafted by hand, small imperfections may occur, adding to its uniqueness.

Exchange Policy

• We do not accept returns or refunds once an order is placed.

• Exchanges are available only in specific cases and can be used on our website.

When Can You Get an Exchange? We offer exchanges if:

• You receive the wrong product.

• Your product is damaged upon arrival.

If this happens, please email us at [customer support email] within 2 days of delivery with your order number and product photos. Requests after 2 days will not be accepted.

Important Notes:

• Items sent back without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

• Coupon codes cannot be used for exchange orders.

• Products bought from third-party sellers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Missing or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchange Policy - India

• We do not accept exchanges if you simply don’t like the product.

• In special cases, we may allow exchanges, but you must pay a ₹250/- pickup and re-shipping fee.

• Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

• All exchanges depend on stock availability.

Exchange Policy - International

• Refunds are only available for lost shipments.

• International orders cannot be exchanged.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, report it within 2 days of delivery with a mandatory unboxing video for refund eligibility.

No Refund or Exchange We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

• Pre-orders or customized items.

• Used or opened products.

• Minor color/design variations due to screens or the handmade nature of the product.

• Incorrect or outdated delivery addresses.

• After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.

• If a refund is approved, only the product cost will be refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Customs duties and taxes (as per your country’s rules) are the customer’s responsibility.

• We are not responsible for delays due to natural calamities or national emergencies.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.

• Pre-order or made-to-order items cannot be canceled.

• Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
