We put our heart into every piece you order, but we know sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle refunds—fairly and with care.
1. Prepaid Orders Only
All orders must be paid upfront (Currently we don’t offer Cash on Delivery).
2. No Returns/Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or isn’t delivered.
3. Refunds in Two Cases Only
We’ll gladly refund you if:

Your order never arrives (courier issues).

Your item arrives damaged or defective.
(Sorry, we can’t refund for change of mind, sizing, or if the product doesn’t match your expectations. We provide detailed photos/descriptions to help you choose!)
4. Reporting a Damaged Order
Step 1: Email us at tdftales@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Step 2: Include:

Photos of the damaged item + packaging.

Your order number and details.
We’ll review and respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, your refund will process in 7–10 days (original payment method).
5. Shipping & Care
We ship PAN India with trusted couriers. While we pack every item securely, once delivered, we can’t be responsible for lost/stolen packages.
