5. Shipping Policy (India Only)

✔ Free Shipping: Orders above ₹399.
✔ Dispatch: Within 24 hours (excludes Saturdays/festivals).
✔ Delivery: 3–7 business days .
❌ No International Shipping currently.
⚠️ Not liable for delays due to couriers, weather, or festivals.

We accept returns only if:

• Item is damaged/wrong upon delivery.

• Request is emailed within 24 hr with:

  • Order number + photos of issue.

Approved Refunds:

• Issued for product price only (shipping fees non-refundable).

• Processed in 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable:

• Used/opened items | Sale/customized products | Color variations (screen differences).
